Premier League side Sunderland have rejected a brand new proposal from Everton for central defender Lamine Koné, as our colleagues at Foot Mercato revealed earlier this evening.
The nature of the new offer that Sunderland have rejected is as follows: €22.4m plus €3.5m in bonuses.
