The applicant, called Riverview Rentals, LLC, is proposing the development on two corner lots at the intersection of South Main Street, Mill Street and Bay Avenue, according to a public notice.

The laundromat would get a second floor addition with two market rate residential housing units.

Riverview Rentals is seeking a preliminary and final major site plan approval with conditional use variances, including minimum lot size, minimum setbacks and more as needed for both properties.

A public hearing on the proposal is set for July 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lacey Township Municipal Building, 818 W. Lacey Road.
