CONCORD, NH — Ryan C. Marceau, 41, of Meredith was arrested at 9 a.m. on March 16 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
Moise Ndutiye, 20, of Concord was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on March 5 on a bench warrant. Also arrested was Mercy Mbarushimana, 21, of North State Street in Concord or Weaver Street in Weare on a criminal trespass charge. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Jennings Drive.
Lisa Marie McAllister, born 1963, of Loudon was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on March 3 on two warrants after an incident or investigation at the Comfort Inn at 71 Hall St.

Jennifer M. Poirier, 38, of Bangor, Maine, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Feb. 29 on a warrant at the Merrimack County Jail. She has two active ID fraud charges, out of Bedford and Concord, working their way through superior courts.
Kaylah Mary Bickford, 36, of Dover was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Feb. 27 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Planet Fitness at 89 Fort Eddy Road.

Jose A. Garcia, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 7:38 a.m. on Feb. 27 on felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Rollins Street.
Christopher J. Bonk, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation on West Parish Road. He was arrested again at 3:54 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at Puppy Love at 50 N. Main St.
John Santana-Cedeno, 33, of Manchester was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Merrimack County Savings Bank at 167 N. State St.
Nicholas Anthony Ferruolo, 22, of Belmont was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a driving under the influence charge and a stop signs; yield signs violation after an incident or investigation on Liberty Street.
Nathaniel Joseph Bergeron, 27, of Royal Gardens in Concord was arrested on a warrant at 12:25 a.m. on Feb. 19 as well as a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. An officer patrolling Christian Avenue saw a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with a stolen registration. The plates were reported stolen about 12 hours before, according to an affidavit. While running the plates, the officer saw someone get into the driver’s seat of the van. The officer drove over to the minivan and spoke to the man, identified as Bergeron, according to an affidavit. When asked about the plates, Bergeron said, “We had to get plates for it or it would get towed,” the report said. A check found an active no-bail warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court and he was arrested. A check found Bergeron had two prior convictions on theft charges in superior court in November 2018 and December 2023, so the charge was elevated to a felony. He was released on $50 cash bail and his case was bound over from Concord District Court to Merrimack County Superior Court.
Michael Gilman, 59, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on Feb. 16 on indecent exposure or gross lewdness and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Best Western at 97 Hall St.
Ronald F. Delgaudio, 52, of Concord was arrested at 10 a.m. on Feb. 15 on a criminal trespass charge. Also arrested was Cody W. Muzzey, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Pinehurst Street.
