EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – An assisted living facility has been proposed at a plot of land on the intersection of Cranbury Road and Ryders Lane.
Brightview East Brunswick Urban Renewal LLC is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval for a multi-story, 175-bed senior citizen congregate living facility, assisted living facility and memory care facility.
The proposed facility will be 62,937 square feet and will include driveways, parking areas, landscaping, lighting, utilities and other related site improvements.

The property is 6.58 acres and is located in the Cranbury Road and Ryders Lane Redevelopment District. The site currently consists of a single-family dwelling along with wooded areas and agricultural fields.
The application will be heard by the Planning Board on Dec. 11.
