According to Sky Italia journalist Gianluca di Marzio, Ligue 1 champions PSG have lodged a €10m offer for Argentinian attacker Giovani Le Celso of Rosario.
The player scored 26 goals for the reserve team last season and has played just 708 minutes in the first division.
